All OIS teachers want to support online learning and here's a list of expectations to help us all be a positive part of an online community.
Get dressed for the day, no pajamas
Before class, ensure your device and WiFi are working
Reduce distractions around you (e.g., turn off the TV, keep video games out of reach, find a quiet spot)
Camera on
Choose a fun background if you wish, but don't switch it during the lesson
Actively participate in the chat and online discussions
Respect teacher boundaries and email during established hours
Complete work to the best of your ability
Be balanced - get outside!
