Tips
1. Write a research question for your learning goal and product goal
2. Think about what type of primary source could help you (e.g., interview an expert or conduct a survey or search for a journal article)
3. Use the library research page and look at GALE and JStor for some background information
4. Use Google advance to search more effectively
5. In-text citations are expected so set up your note-taking in a Cornell notes style
6. Organize your bibliography at the BEGINNING, set up something like myBib to track your sources and it can help you evaluate your sources, there's a space for annotations (OPVL)
6. Different types of research are involved - HOW to make your product which is different to your typical research, information or knowledge ABOUT your product, you may need interviews and surveys
